Lauritzen forms joint venture with Tailwind
Lauritzen Kosan A/S (LK) and Tailwind AS have entered into a 50/50 owned
joint venture with focus on Ethylene/LPG carriers. The joint venture
company LKT Gas Carriers Pte Ltd (LKT) has recently taken delivery of
"Stella Kosan" (9,000 CBM) from STX Shipbuilding Co. Ltd in
Busan, South Korea. LKT will until 2010 invest in further four similar type
and sized vessels.
